The blind spot

You measure tickets sold and reviews. Not the experience in between.

Your ticketing and booking systems know attendance and revenue — but not the queue at the gate, the dwell in each hall or the crowd building at the main stage. Synapsi connects to your existing cameras and turns the visitor experience into live metrics and safety alerts you can act on.

What Synapsi measures

Every visitor and crowd metric, straight from your cameras.

No wristbands, no visitor app, no new sensors. Synapsi connects to your existing CCTV and turns it into the live numbers that shape operations, safety and the use of every space.

Visitor flow and paths

How visitors move between entrances, halls and attractions — see the routes they take and the spaces they skip.

Queues and wait times

Live waits at gates, ticketing, F&B and attractions — open a lane before the wait is felt.

Crowd density and safety

People per zone against safe capacity at events and venues — flag crowding before it becomes a risk.

Dwell by zone and occupancy

Where visitors linger and how full each space is — measured by hall, stand, attraction and beyond.

Use of facilities and spaces

Which facilities, halls and attractions are really used — the data that supports layout, staffing and pricing.

Incident and anomaly alerts

Falls, crowding, blocked exits and access to restricted areas shown live — and searchable in the archive.

Crowd intelligence

Crowd management for events

For concerts, expos, parks and ski resorts: monitor density across areas and slopes, flag forming peaks and bottlenecks at gates and lifts, and move staff ahead of the crowd instead of reacting.

Built for every team

One platform, value across the venue.

Operations and visitor experience

See queues and dwell as they build and open gates, lanes and stands before waits end up in the reviews.

The visitor journey, measured

From arrival to peak dwell — every stage, in real numbers.

Follow visitors through the venue like a flow diagram: how many reach each space, how long they stay and exactly where a queue or crowd is forming right now.

Crowd density, gate queues and flow between stands, floor and exits at peaks.

Footfall in galleries, dwell at works and congestion in rooms — the audience data curators and sponsors want.

Ski resorts and stadiums

Queues at lifts and gates, density on slopes and stands and flow across the whole site at peaks.

FAQ

We answer your questions.

Do we need new cameras, wristbands or a visitor app?

No. Synapsi connects to the IP/CCTV cameras your venue already uses. No wristbands, no visitor app and no new sensors — we point the platform at your existing streams and start producing live metrics and alerts.

How do you protect visitor privacy?

Synapsi is privacy-by-design. Analytics are anonymous counts and movement patterns — faces are not identified and processing happens on the edge, so raw footage stays on your network. The platform is built to be GDPR-compliant and suited to public, visitor-facing spaces.

Does it work for one-off events as well as permanent venues?

Yes. Synapsi works on permanent CCTV in hotels and parks and on temporary installs for concerts, expos and seasonal venues — with crowd-density thresholds and zones configured per event.

Can it feed our control room, ticketing or BI tools?

Yes. Flow, dwell, queue and crowd events are available via API and export, so they sit alongside the control-room, ticketing and BI tools your teams already use and can trigger existing workflows.
