The personal data you provide through the contact form is processed for the following purposes:
- Handling contact requests: we use your data to respond to your questions, information requests or any other communication you send via the form. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Aggregated statistical analysis: revenue and employee-count data are used in aggregated, anonymous form for internal statistics, to better understand the types of companies interested in our services and improve our offering. This data is never used to identify or profile individuals or companies. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Processing methods
Your personal data is processed using both manual and electronic tools, following logic strictly related to the stated purposes and, in any case, in a way that ensures its security and confidentiality. We adopt specific security measures to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Providing the data marked as mandatory (usually first name, last name, email) is necessary for us to handle your contact request. Failing to provide this data would prevent Ubiquitous from delivering the requested service.

- Internal Ubiquitous staff specifically authorized and trained to process data.
- Service providers acting on behalf of Ubiquitous (e.g. website hosting provider, IT service providers), appointed where necessary as Data Processors under Art. 28 GDPR.
- Judicial or administrative authorities, where required by law or to fulfil a legal obligation.
