1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text strings that the sites a user visits send to their terminal (usually the browser), where they are stored and then re-sent to those same sites on the user's next visit. While browsing a site, a user may also receive on their terminal cookies sent by different sites or web servers (so-called “third parties”), which may host certain elements (images, maps, sounds, links to pages of other domains) on the site being visited.
2. Types of cookies used
Our Site uses exclusively the following types of cookies:
- Technical cookies: strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the Site and to allow navigation. They include navigation/session cookies (which ensure normal browsing and use of the site) and functionality cookies (which allow navigation based on selected criteria, e.g. language). Functionality cookies are activated only after explicit consent provided via the cookie banner.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): the Site uses Google Analytics to collect and analyze, in anonymous and aggregated form, information about how users use the Site (including the partially anonymized IP address). The Site uses IP anonymization (anonymizeIp) and does not allow third parties to use the tool to monitor or collect personally identifiable information.
For more information on Google Analytics you can consult Google's privacy policy and the opt-out page (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
3. Consent to the use of cookies
On your first access to the Site you will see an information banner that lets you accept the use of all the cookies mentioned. By clicking “Accept” you consent to the installation of all cookies, including technical ones and Google Analytics ones. Until you express your consent, no cookie (except for any technical cookie storing your non-consent preference) will be installed.
4. Managing cookies via your browser
You can manage cookie preferences directly within your browser and prevent, for example, third parties from installing them. Through your browser settings you can also delete cookies installed in the past. Disabling all cookies may compromise the functioning of the Site. You can find instructions for the main browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Apple Safari
- Microsoft Edge

This policy may be subject to change. Any substantial change will be communicated to users via a notice on the Site or other suitable means.
